MANDATE

  • Organize a "pre-gala" evening aimed at building customer loyalty, and thanking the guests - all part of the sales and distribution network (ie key accounts)

  • Create a unique and memorable turnkey evening with the theme "Celebration Gardens" held at the Casino du Lac Leamy.

SOLUTION

  • Create a Quebec version of a "Biergarden", featuring 6 microbreweries from different regions of Quebec.

  • Ensure a memorable evening while promoting the theme:

    • A welcome gift in each participant’s room

    • A themed entrance passage as guests arrive at venue

    • A branded official Celebration tasting glass

    • Main room decor with look and feel of a Biergarden with local Quebec flare

    • Exclusive beers and brew masters on-site

    • Food and beer pairing based on the represented regions
