CISSSMO - Recruitment campaing for the new Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital
MANDATE
Develop a recruitment campaign ahead of the opening of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital (PHVS), which will open its doors in 2026 and for which more than 3,000 positions need to be filled.

SOLUTION
This project was initially planned as a “school tour” to interact directly with students and to inform them of future regional employment opportunities.
Given the current context (Covid-19), Speed recommended a regional mobile display campaign (phone, tablets, computers) along with a digital display (gas stations and shopping centers) campaign aimed at reaching 3 targeted audiences.
In order to help students discover the jobs that best suits them, a website was developed which included a "revealing quiz" which matched jobs to student profiles.
Several links and information can be found on this platform, allowing students to have a better understanding of jobs, to facilitate consideration and to start a dialogue with their parents or a guidance counselor.
